About us
Established in 1952, The Garwood Foundation promotes the care, welfare, interests, treatment, and the advancement of education of adults and children who have profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), particularly those living in the London Boroughs of Croydon, Sutton, and Bromley, although we receive children and young people from all over London and Surrey.
We provide a wide range of services, such as activities, facilities, therapies, and other support for adults and children who have PMLD through our Rutherford School, Bramley Hill Day Centre, Residential Home Jean Garwood House and an adapted caravan holiday home.
