My Story
Support My London Marathon Journey for the British Heart Foundation
For those of you that don't know, I'm Tony Warner, and I'm 22 years old. I'm excited to share that I'll be running the London Marathon on April 27th 2025, to raise as much money as possible for the British Heart Foundation (BHF). This charity and cause has come to resonate with myself and my family on a personal level in recent times and I know it does for millions of people round the world.
How can you help?
I'm aiming to raise £3500 and I would greatly appreciate your support. Every donation, no matter how small, makes all the difference.
The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly, every day hundreds of people lose their lives. 12 people under 35 lose their lives every week to heart conditions and BHF are funding lifesaving research to stop this from happening. It's only thanks to support from people like you that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures.
The Goal
I'm aiming for a sub 4 hour finish, and I'll be training hard to make this goal a reality. Every step I take during the marathon will be dedicated to raising awareness and funds for a cause that impacts so many lives.
Whilst a good time would be nice, smashing the £3500 donation goal would be the icing on the cake.
Thank you for your generosity and encouragement, lets make a difference!
