My Story

Thanks for taking the time to read this. As some of you know I like to run a bit and also raise money for various charities at the same time.  This year I'm running the London Marathon to raise money for International Health Partners (IHP)

IHP is a non-profit organisation that supports people in disaster-hit and vulnerable communities to get the medicines they need, by coordinating the safe and responsible donation of long-dated medical products.
 

Around the world at least two billion people lack reliable access to essential medicines, causing unnecessary deaths and enormous suffering.

Good health is fundamental. It is crucial for children to be able to go to school and learn effectively, and for adults to be able to work or be active parents or grandparents.

Working with their  strong network of global healthcare partners, IHP source and send medicines and health supplies to support people around the world, matching these supplies to the needs of thier NGO partners.

IHP respond rapidly to humanitarian disasters, support long-term healthcare development projects and equip medics with supplies to carry out their work.
