My Story

On Sunday 2nd October I will be running the London Marathon in aid of Jami, a small mental health charity where I am a trustee. I should be grateful for any donation you can make.

Jami is an amazing charity that improves and saves lives impacted by mental illness in the Jewish community. They help so many people living with mental health problems, but now the need is greater than ever.

Following the pandemic, it is clear that our mental health is of equal importance as our physical health. Jami has been delivering treatment and support for adults living with mental illness in the Jewish community for over 30 years and now the number of people reaching out to Jami for help is at an all-time high.

There is an urgent need to ensure equivalent support for children and teenagers, so Jami is launching a new service for young people of secondary school age.

As a trustee of Jami, I hope that you can make a donation because mental health impacts us all, and I want to make sure that Jami can provide help for everyone that needs it.
