My Story

After missing the opportunity to volunteer alongisde Act4Africa in Uganda as a newly qualified doctor (thank you to covid!) I am excited to now have the opportunity to help support them!

I was drawn to A4A's due to their heart for women and girls across the globe, particularly in rural Uganda. Their work aims to help women and girls break away from poverty through the help of the categories of health, education, agriculture and livelihood. I want to see women be uplifted globally! 
 

As a lover of the water, not the land, this marathon is going to be a journey for me and I am so appreciative and grateful for any support, in all forms!
