Diabetes is a huge and growing global health crisis. There are now about 5 million people in the UK with diabetes. Diabetes UK do great work on behalf of all of us, whether or not we have diabetes. My own diabetes was diagnosed in 2007. I am delighted to be attempting to run what I assume will be my last marathon on behalf of Diabetes UK.
