My Story

I am running the London Marathon (2nd October 2022) in support of our lovely Aunt Ann who is fighting Pancreatic Cancer. Our family were shocked to learn about Ann being diagnosed 'out of the blue' with Pancreatic Cancer. Being in otherwise fine health, and with few symptoms, Ann was sadly given the worst prognosis. However, Ann is undergoing treatment and over the last three months has responded so well that she is due to start another three months program of treatment. I am running for Ann, and all those who receive a  Pancreatic cancer diagnosis, to honour their efforts, raise money to help fund research and increase awareness to help both the survival rate and survival time of those suffering with Pancreatic Cancer.
