My Story

Greetings everyone! Firstly wanting to send out a personal thanks for everyone who has taken the time to view my TCS London Marathon Charity donation page! I am truly grateful in advance for any support in aid of the charity I’m representing “The Stevenage Community Trust” and competing for in the London Marathon.

About me – I’m Lloyd and like a lot of other (40-somethings, family guy….) I’ve been trying to live a healthier lifestyle and as I have gradually increased my running distance. I wanted to set a mountain sized challenge and see if I could complete a marathon – and not just any marathon but the London Marathon!

Having grew up in Stevenage I became aware of The Stevenage Community Trust charity. The most endearing reason why I wanted to specifically represent them is because of the above and beyond support they provide in the local community. Supporting people that are struggling to provide essential items and general living for their family.

I am immensely proud to have the opportunity to represent and support the Stevenage Community Trust - and so I would respectfully ask you now to please consider sponsoring this great local cause.
