My Story

I have been a member of the Free Representation Unit since 2004, when starting at Bar School. It is where I cut my teeth for a worthy cause, remaining a supporter ever since. I can think of no better charity to support from my professional perspective, as it assists those who cannot afford or and do not have the skills to represent themselves in legal disputes.

This will be my 7th marathon - and second London marathon, which is by far the best supported one I've raced to date.  I will try to run it as fast as I can. Being a member of the 'sub-3' club, albeit back in 2017, that means training regularly and hard in preparation, often with members of my North London running club, Mornington Chasers.  This is also a stepping stone to my planned final marathon in Tokyo in March 2023, at which I will complete the World Marathon Majors (6 big city marathons across the world).

All donations are very welcome - especially since it is 6 years since I came calling on friends/family for sponsorship!
