My friend Professor Julia Downing made me awaree of the amazing work the APAC UK. When she asked me to run for this great cause I had no hestition.
I have only taken up running in the last year and this will be my first every marathon. I hope to do the African Palliactive Care Assocaition proud and will be giving it my all.
