My Story

I will be running the 2022 London Marathon for The Nehemiah Project. This is a London-based charity which helps men to overcome and break the cycle of addiction, homelessness and crime through a programme of abstinence and CBT treatment.

The treatment they receive aims to help these men build a foundation for a future and escape the life they left behind. 

The abstention rate of Residents with the project is much higher than the national average at 74% compared to just 30% and the reoffending rate of the last 5 years is just 5%, much lower than the national and London average which sits around 40%.
