My Story

In 2018, I started training for a marathon as a joke. I never came from an athletic background but once I started training, I knew I could cross (even if I had to crawl through) the fnish line. That year I went from running 5 to 42.2km in 9 months. It was insane and the stories were even more insane. Since then my friend Tony has always been asking me to run the London Marathon. It's been an ongoing joke between him and I for the past 3 years. Everyone who's had the pleasure to meet him knows they have met a diamond. He's dedicated his whole life mentoring the next generation. From teaching dance to providing support and guidance throughout his professional career. I'm running the London Marathon in honour of his outstanding work and the incredible/countless opportunities UK Youth has provided to millions of children and young adults across the country.
