Today, more than 50% of the world’s extreme poor live in sub-Saharan Africa. The vast majority work in agriculture. Farm Africa reduces poverty in eastern Africa by helping farmers grow more, sell more and sell for more.

We work in DR Congo, Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. From chilli to cashew farming and soil to forest management, we’re providing the training and tools to help farmers tackle poverty head on by growing agriculture, protecting the environment and developing businesses in rural areas.
